Phần lớn Part 7 của TOEIC là email, thư tín và thông báo. Nhóm cụm từ “giao tiếp” dưới đây giúp bạn đọc hiểu nhanh ý người viết: họ đang yêu cầu, thông báo, bày tỏ lo ngại hay phản hồi.

Mẹo TOEIC: khi gặp be advised that, please be reminded that, it has come to our attention that — đó là dấu hiệu của một thông báo/cảnh báo. Câu hỏi thường rơi vào “mục đích của email/thông báo”.
